Anti-Inflammatory Eating and Living!

Start the New Year off with the goal of healthy eating and exercising. Inflammation is not good for our heart, brain and body. Think of these things to better your health in 2025:

Exercise regularly. Do things that you like to do. I climbed a mountain in the snow yesterday! Get the Sleep you need. Don’t skip out on a good nights rest! Try to eliminate stressors and try to take time to relax. Choose “anti-inflammatory foods”: Salmon, sardines, cod, tuna, beans, almonds, cashews, olives, pumpkin seeds, blueberries, cherries, pomegranates, broccoli, green tea, kombucha, coffee, ginger, honey, fresh and dried herbs. Think Healthy, Be Healthy. Practice “Mindful Shopping”—what you buy is what you eat! Practice “Mindful Eating”-choose wisely and enjoy healthy foods! Follow these simple things and you will feel more energy to do the things you like to do!
